Rituals

The art of ritual. Embodied devotion. The mundane and the sacred.

Cacao ceremonies, somatic movement, fire rituals, women's circles and retreats — spaces to slow down, return, and remember.

// Coming Home

A living prayer

Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% what we make of it. I'm a firm believer that having an open conversation with the force greater than us — the one that keeps the planets moving and the sun shining — brings deeper joy and contentment into our lives.

Not to give our agency away, but to maintain a relationship with life built on trust, gratitude, kindness, accountability and that childlike wonder.

The more I practice rituals, the more I can embody this way of living in the most mundane things — washing dishes, riding my bike, folding laundry. It all becomes an offering.

We're not supposed to remember all the time. That's why I call it returning. Coming back to something we've already felt before.

And it feels like a magical exhale, full of love and trust. I call it coming home. ♡

Fire Ritual

The Seven Directions Fire Ritual is a ceremonial space rooted in prayer, presence, and deep connection with the elements. It is inspired by indigenous traditions and wisdom teachings, where fire becomes a living altar — a place of offering, transformation, and communication with the unseen.

Group Cacao Circles

In group cacao gatherings, we place more focus on the cacao ritual itself, guided by Mayan inspiration. It is not a traditional Mayan cacao ceremony — as I am not Mayan, and because traditionally, people did not sit in circles and drink cacao in this way. This is more of a modern expression.

Somatic Ecstatic Dance

Somatic aesthetic dance is a practice that saved my life. I feel it has truly freed me — from myself, from my doubts, and from my fears. For many years, up until turning 30, I didn’t really enjoy dance. Or maybe I did… but I could count those moments on one hand.

Somatic Flow

Somatic Flow is a 60- or 90-minute guided movement journey that invites you to explore your body from within. Rooted in somatic principles and inspired by the approach of the Authentic Flow Tribe which comes from the Body-Mind Centering School, this practice shifts the focus from performing movement to experiencing movement as it arises from the body itself.

Women’s Circles

A women’s circle is a space where we come together in community — as women — to create a safe, intimate, and brave space to simply be. It is a space to slow down, to pause and to step out of the constant movement of everyday life, and reconnect — both with ourselves and with one another.

Not me moving
the body —
me as the body

From the Greek soma — the living body, experienced from within. Movement that arises from sensation, rather than narration from the mind.

Trained with Navtej Johar, Embodiment Unlimited, and the 300-hour Somatic Teacher Training with the Authentic Flow Tribe — rooted in non-dual Tantric philosophy. Everything is already here.
