Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% what we make of it. I'm a firm
believer that having an open conversation with the force greater than
us — the one that keeps the planets moving and the sun shining — brings
deeper joy and contentment into our lives.
Not to give our agency away, but to maintain a relationship with life
built on trust, gratitude, kindness, accountability and that childlike
wonder.
The more I practice rituals, the more I can embody this way of living
in the most mundane things — washing dishes, riding my bike, folding
laundry. It all becomes an offering.
We're not supposed to remember all the time. That's why I call it
returning. Coming back to something we've already felt before.
And it feels like a magical exhale, full of love and trust. I call it
coming home. ♡
