Women’s Circles

A women’s circle is a space where we come together in community — as women — to create a safe, intimate, and brave space to simply be. It is a space to slow down, to pause and to step out of the constant movement of everyday life, and reconnect — both with ourselves and with one another.

In these circles, we reconnect with our inner world through guided meditation, breathwork, and moments of presence. And at the same time, we reconnect with the relational space — which is why we gather in a circle.

Because I truly believe that we are beings of community. And especially for women, there is something deeply nourishing about sitting together — being seen, being heard, and witnessing one another. Not always because we think the same —but sometimes exactly because we don’t. Because even being gently challenged, or hearing a different perspective, can open something new within us.

These circles are a space to share, reflect, listen and feel resonance with others. Because often, when we are moving through something in life, we may feel like we are alone in it.

But when we come together, we begin to realize —we are not.

And that realization alone can be deeply healing.

Each circle is held with a specific intention. It may be connected to a full moon, a seasonal transition, or a particular theme — or sometimes simply the intention to gather and be together.

A typical circle may include:

• an opening and grounding practice

• guided meditation or breathwork

• sharing in a safe and held space

• optional rituals such as cacao or fire

• moments of silence, reflection, or gentle movement

What is important in these spaces is that:

• there is no pressure to share

• everything is confidential and respected

• each woman is met exactly where she is

It is a space of non-judgment, presence, and authenticity.

For me, women’s circles are a place where we remember something ancient —how to sit together, how to listen, how to support one another, and how to be human… together.

If you feel the longing to slow down, to connect, and to be held in a space of presence and authenticity —

I warmly invite you to join a women’s circle. ♡

→ Come sit in circle

→ Come as you are

→ Come remember that you are not alone
