1:1 Cacao Embodiment Ritual

I offer 1:1 Cacao Embodiment Sessions, available both in person and online.

This is a beautiful opportunity for you if you feel a little disconnected from your true self — from your heart, your essence. Maybe you’ve been walking a path that doesn’t fully feel like yours, and you’re ready to pause, check in, and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself.

To remember what it feels like to truly live for you — in this one, precious life you’ve been given.

These sessions are designed to gently guide you back into connection — with your body, your truth, and your inner knowing. Each session is a unique blend of embodiment coaching, somatic practices, Mayan cosmovision and ceremonial cacao work (‘Familia Cacao’ cacao from Guatemala, which I send to you).

Through guided meditation, prayer, and intuitive facilitation tailored to your personal needs, we create a space where you can come closer — and deeper — into your center, into your inner temple. This is a space to feel, to release, to reconnect, and to realign.

While each journey is intuitively guided, I usually recommend a series of 3 sessions to allow for deeper integration and meaningful, lasting shifts.

At the same time, I remain flexible and open to your needs — we can shape this journey together.
